The visitors of the chicory museum can hear stories about chicory farming in the coastal villages of Lake Peipus and examine chicory farming tools. The museum is located in a chicory drying basement, which was built in 1893. At the heart of the museum, there is a chicory drying oven from the same year. In addition to the museum visit, guests can: - walk between the chicory beds; - taste different chicory drinks, cakes with chicory and made from chicory, pies, soups, or other dishes; - book a workshop for roasting chicory. The shop sells a variety of chicory products (sugar, honey, bread, cookies, soaps).
